The following "Return and Refund Policy" applies to Handshells products.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item. Once you send an email requesting a return, we will respond to you within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when you request a return.
Shipping Costs
In the following cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by Handshells or the customer.
If the item received by the customer is not as described, or the item is damaged during transportation, please take a photo to keep evidence and contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If there is no quality problem with the product, if the customer needs to return or exchange the item for their own reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product is fine but the customer does not want the item and wants a full refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our destination warehouse.
Situations where handshells pays for return shipping
If the reason for the return is our fault, handshells will pay for the return shipping.
Specific situations include:
The item is defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.
We shipped the wrong item.
We shipped to the wrong address.
We shipped a duplicate item.
The item failed within the 30-day return period.
Special situation note: If the item is defective, the user needs to return it to the designated Handshells warehouse and Handshells will pay for the shipping. However, if the user's return address is different from the original delivery address (for example, the delivery address is in the United States and the return address is in a remote area or international area), resulting in the shipping cost exceeding Handshells' initial shipping cost, the user will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Important Note
For damaged or defective items received, customers must provide video or photos to prove the damage or failure of the item. If the customer refuses or fails to provide a video or photo of the allegedly faulty/damaged item, the return will be considered "buyer's remorse" and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the customer claims that the item is faulty/damaged, the customer must provide proof of this before returning the item, without exception.
Upon receipt of the approved return, we will review its condition. If the item is faulty, we will refund the item within 3 business days.
